Once the service has been purchased, it is considered non-refundable. Therefore, customers should carefully consider their decision before making a purchase.

2. Circumstances: a. Defective or Damaged Goods: If you receive any merchandise or products from Protagonist Fitness that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or repair of the product.

3. Return Policy: a. Due to the nature of our personal training services, we do not offer returns or exchanges for services rendered. b. Products: If you have purchased any merchandise or products from Protagonist Fitness, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date if you encounter any issues with the product.
